RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At RIPE Bar Juice, we are committed to providing the best products and service to our customers. However, due to the perishable nature of our juice, we are unable to accept returns for any of our products.

 

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our products, as all items are perishable and must remain fresh for consumption. Please be sure to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

 

Delivery Delays

We work diligently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we utilize third-party logistic companies for shipping, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We make every effort to communicate any potential delays, but please understand that we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers. We cannot offer refunds or credits for late deliveries once an order has been dispatched.

 

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund due to an issue with your order, we will process the refund promptly. Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days of purchase.
